Rum in the egg salad!

Update, Thursday, February 26: Looking back, I realized I skipped the first ingredient I added to the boiled eggs: Recaito Ito, about one and half teaspoons, from the STARPLANE of Muba. Recaito on hand has chicken flavor.

Rum walnut egg salad, with the Saint Valentine’s Brugal Aรฑejo almost full bottle that is here; took two boiled, free range eggs, coarsely chopped them up, sprinkled parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, powdered sage and black pepper.  One splash of Brugal Aรฑejo rum; and about two chopped up walnuts. One tablespoon of garlic mayonnaise.  Optional, a splash of Mazola corn oil. Also an option a pinch of salt.  Serve on your favorite crackers.
